• Our full-service approach simplifies the entire process for you.
• We save you time. Our hands-on approach tackles all the small yet essential details so you can focus on the enjoyable aspects of wedding planning, such as menu tastings, design choices, and hair and makeup trials.
• Because of our high level of involvement in each one of our events, we do not take on more than five weddings annually.

what we do:
01 | Planning
We lay the foundation by creating a detailed budget, sourcing tried-and-true vendors who align with your vision and style, arranging room blocks, and building a custom password-protected website (just to name a few).
We will handle each detail every step of the way.
02 | Design
We curate your vendor team and will work closely with these partners to create a detailed, customized design plan for your celebration. Together, we will consider every visual component, such as color palette, floral design, lighting, rental selections, and stationery, to ensure that your wedding is a true reflection of your style.
03 | coordination
We create a production schedule for your vendor team and coordinate all vendor logistics, from permitting to load-in and setup. We will create a wedding timeline for you and your family/wedding party so everyone knows where to be and when. We will finalize all day-of items such as menus, escort cards, rooming lists, welcome boxes, etc. We will send a remaining payment list to zip up the final details in the weeks leading up to the wedding.
05 | production
Our team is on-site for the entirety of the event, managing the vendors, checking for rental accuracy, cueing the band and caterer, etc. We confirm the timeline and cues with all vendors, including entertainment, lighting, caterer, and venue. We will oversee tear down and cleanup, ensuring all rentals and essential items are returned to their owners. Simply put, we will ensure the day runs smoothly and on time.

We will create a production schedule for your vendor team and coordinate all vendor logistics, from permitting to load-in and setup. Our event production team is on-site from the initial load-in and setup to tear down.
